EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to bring you the very best events and entertainment and satisfy all our customers here at INHOUSE Soccer, we need to provide adequate space and exceptional service for the enjoyment of all of our clients. To help to ensure this, INHOUSE Soccer is installing the Event Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations must be in writing by the person who complete the estimate form and sent by email to Carolina Pico (Carolina@inhousesoccer.com). A Cancellation is not effective until INHOUSE SOCCER receives the letter.
The cancellation Policy will allow you to cancel without any financial penalty at any time up until 30 days prior to the event date. Any cancellations received by letter less than 30 days will result in a charge as follows:
29 days: 25% of Total Invoice
15 days: 50% of Total Invoice
7 Days: 75% of Total Invoice
Less than 7 days: 100% of Total Invoice
